Actually, thats a very hard question I am not sure how to answer that these days. But i think i should do it now, i love what i do and its very important to me, it easily has become part of my life,for better and for worse,for richer and poorer.
I hope doing what we do means i get to experience lots of wonderful things in amazing places. Yeh, this is I needs. 
So, Future in three years, i should carry on the social role, the professional orientation, the value idea localization to myself , raises mild-mannered and cultivated, is cautious in word and deed, the gentle doctrine of the mean.
培养成“温文尔雅、谨言慎行、平和中庸、居中之人。”，我坚持那个观点，生活过的差不多就行了。
